The program aims to establish language centers (A1–B1 according to the CEFR) focused on the medical field, along with a rigorous candidate selection process that includes interviews and professional, intercultural, and application preparation. Comprehensive support is provided for document preparation, visa acquisition, and degree recognition. The recognition procedures and document verification are carried out in a structured manner, and mediation is offered toward care facilities and clinics in Germany. Personalized support is provided before, during, and after arrival in Germany, including preparation for observation internships and adaptation measures. The program promotes close cooperation with employers to ensure long-term retention and adopts a non-profit approach based on sustainable and viable funding.
